Paul Rauch

Paul Rauch is Senior Vice President and General Manager, Matthews Gibraltar Mausoleum. In this role, he is responsible for driving the continued growth and development of Matthews Gibraltar Mausoleum projects.

He brings with him 20 years of concrete and construction experience, most recently as General Manager for A. Merante Contracting, in Pittsburgh, PA and formally Regional Manager of Doan Companies in Michigan.


He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Eastern Michigan University.


Paul and his wife enjoy watching their four kids play sports and are highly involved with their football, basketball, wrestling and lacrosse boosters, as well as volunteer work with Upper Saint Clair Athletic Association.

Timothy Gorgas

Pre-Construction Manager

Timothy Gorgas is Pre-Construction Manager, Matthews Gibraltar Mausoleum. In this role, he is responsible for Matthews Gibraltar’s estimating, design and permitting.


Tim was previously employed by Kossman Development, R.W. Larson Architects, P.W. Campbell Contracting, L.F. Driscoll and HSC Builders and Developers where he has held various positions managing the pre-construction services, construction administration and project management.


He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University.


Tim volunteers at his church, sits on the local Code of Appeals Board and also enjoys outdoor activities.

Jim Landon

Construction Manager

Jim Landon is a Construction Manager for Matthews Gibraltar Mausoleum. In this role, he oversees Gibraltar’s construction projects throughout the Western United States.


Jim has 40 years of experience in concrete construction and has been with Gibraltar for 21 years. He holds General Contractor’s licenses in several states.


He specializes in Gibraltar’s larger Mausoleum projects with more than 30 employees under his direction.


Jim and his wife enjoy sharing their life with their 8 adult children and 13 grandchildren. They reside in Southern Utah.

Ed Faux

Construction Manager

Ed Faux is a Construction Manager at Gibraltar Mausoleum. In this role, he is responsible for construction of mausoleum projects in the eastern region of the United States.


Ed has held various roles in manufacturing, steel fabrication, and residential and commercial general contracting; most recently serving as Senior Project Manager at RBVetCo, LLC.


He was previously employed at Teamus Construction, Imperial Construction Services, John Deklewa and Sons, and The Lincoln Electric Company; and first entered the construction field as the Owner of Sherlock Homes Residential Builders.


He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.


Ed has served on the West Allegheny Schools Board of Directors for 20 years and enjoys working on cars, home projects and reading about history.

Jeffry Pytlak is a Construction Manager for Matthews Gibraltar Mausoleum. In this role, he is responsible for construction project activities in the southern region of the U.S.


Jeff was previously employed by Woodard & Curran, an environmental consulting firm, where he spent 17 years in project engineering and project management roles for environmental investigation and remediation projects.


He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University.
